Bud -- I've seen this treatment done in urban settings and at lighthouses but never rural areas. I still have some learning to do (plus a new 10-stop ND filter to try out!), so now I'm just waiting for another atmospheric event. You need to try it sometime.

These are neat, Tom. I had concentrated all my time looking at water, and never even considered clouds. I love the wind shear in the last one. Cheers!
Like your time exposures, Tom. I always enjoy your work. Thanks again for sharing.

Thanks, Carol. This is new to me and I have a lot to learn, but I love how dramatic they look, almost unworldly.
I will, Tom. I have a number of really nice water images - Cedar Bluff Park in Kansas, The Galveston Coast - but the cloud idea opens up new vistas.
Can't wait to see what you can come up with, Bud!
