Well, it's not always that good. I took backroads to Mahaska, a remote town in NW Washington County, and for a great extent of the way wasn't exactly lost but I wasn't sure where I was. More's the adventure.

Hmmmmm.... Discarded victims of the dreaded roundabouts?
We could use them as proof of the dangers of roundabouts but considering their age it's doubtful anyone would believe it.
