That railroad bridge is so good. I love bridges like that. Did you ever lay down and put you ear on the rails to try and hear a train coming? Or walk those bridges, even though you'd been TOLD not to do that? Great memories.
I have indeed put my ear on tracks to listen for trains. Unfortunately there's always a sense that a train will sneak up on me and squish my head while I'm trying to decipher the vibrations in my bad ear. Perhaps doing so should be considered risky behavior for hearing-impaired people.
