Actually, Tom, I think these are pretty good especially considering high school gyms are notorious for poor lighting. I'm interested to know what gear, settings you used to shoot these.
I figured that out at my first volleyball tournament! You gotta love fast frame rates, high ISOs and huge memory cards. (I call it the "spray and pray" method of sports photography.)

Not bad at all, Tom. It's a tough sport to shoot when you're focused on one place. Covering the entire court is a real workout.

Tod -- Shot with a Nikon D3s and a combo of 70-200 and 24-70, both f2.8. ISO 6400 in all shots. I hope my next game has more keepers than crap...
