We just had our lighted boat parade. No matter what form it takes, people seem impelled to fight off the darkness some way, somehow. The photos are delightful - but it looks cold!

Lighted boat parade? Oh, man, that sounds cool. Was it held in the bay? Were people wearing bikinis and drinking margaritas? We froze our butts off!
These aren't the best photos, but there's a pretty good selection. Plenty of margaritas, but not many bikinis - it was cold here, too!
Kemah Boat Parade
That parade looks fun. I love the way they decorated those tractors. I hope I can visit that place next Christmas and see this event.
