The best ribs in NE Kansas if not the entire universe...

Are lovingly crafted by Hank Schell, Frankfort, using his own secret sauce, secret rub and homemade bad-ass smoker. You can get 'em while they last every Saturday morning in downtown Frankfort. Highly recommended!

Love the colors in that second photo - how very Santa Fe!

But the first photo - I have to ask. Do Mr. Schell's world-famous ribs happen to go by the name of "Frank-forters"?

:-)

hmmm.. my verification word is baccon... hmmmm....

Does he set up at the farmers market or something?

Linda -- Is there something in the water down your way that makes one crack jokes? We'd better get BP checking on what's really coming out of that broken well...

Dan -- Sets up at the Frankfort Farmers Market, yes. You know, the one the Marshall County Economic Developer knew nothing about.

Great pictures Tom! Hank really was proud to see them. Your eye for photography is awesome!

Hank's wife (I assume) -- Wow, thanks. I really liked his ribs, too. In fact, I wish I had a slab of them right now. With some homemade coleslaw with green chiles and crispy french fries and fresh corn on the cob swimming in butter. And a cold beer.
Great, now I'm starving!
