Are those iris stirrings? I took a walk around my garden and saw that the daffodils are starting to peak out of the earth. A welcoming site along with the disappearance of snow! I know I know we are to get more snow this weekend...yuk...but the greening is beginning!
Linda -- The blade of grass is inside a mini-greenhouse that once stored lettuce, backlit by the setting sun. Very soon we'll have to start some spinach and lettuce and cilantro. Yum. Can't wait.
Photographs displayed on my site are now for sale in selected sizes, either matted or print only for those who wish for more color options when matting/framing. For more information, contact me via e-mail through a link found in my profile. All photos printed on archival paper.

IT HAS BEGUN!
I was thinking yesterday - "Surely there is going to be some green to look at pretty soon..." And there is some green. Gosh, it looks good.
I love the last photo. Is that the shadow of a bit of grass? It's so interesting - the image looks warm and cold all at the same time.
